Juniper House is highly accessible by public transport, only a short walking distance from Walthamstow Bus Station and Walthamstow Central underground and overground station.

The development will therefore be car-free, with the exception of up to 8 disabled parking spaces to be provided on-site. New residents will not be eligible for CPZ permits, to ensure that the development will not cause
parking pressures in neighbouring residential streets.

The proposed development will be safe and convenient to access on foot and by bike. Its town centre location places it close to local shops and amenities, and it has been designed to integrate with the Hoe Street gyratory works that provide a new two-way segregated cycle path and connections to Waltham Forest’s award-winning Enjoy Waltham Forest network of safe cycling streets.

The proposals include extensive cycle parking provision, with up to 164 secure cycle parking spaces for residents and an additional 49 spaces for the proposed commercial and nursery uses. Service and disabled parking access will be from First Avenue with emergency access also possible from Hoe Street.
